Choose the standard Form5472 Prep partner flow when you want the fastest operational setup and are comfortable identifying the specialist filing provider. Choose white-label delivery when maintaining your firm's brand across agreed client communications is important enough to justify a scoped onboarding discussion. The preparation, review, client signature, and IRS submission standards remain the same.

White label is available by request. It is not a different tax return or a promise that every system becomes custom branded automatically.

Apply for the partner program and state which delivery model fits your firm.

The right model depends on the client promise your firm already makes. A transparent specialist handoff can build trust; a consistent white-label experience can reduce brand fragmentation. Neither is automatically better.

Standard partner delivery

Under the standard partner program, the partner starts and tracks multiple client filings from one account. Form5472 Prep communicates with the client for the supported signature, confirmation, and filing-receipt workflow. The partner remains visible as the professional coordinating the engagement.

This model is usually the cleanest choice when:

  • the service is a referral or specialist handoff rather than a bundled product;
  • the partner wants minimal setup;
  • clients are comfortable knowing a specialist provider prepares the package;
  • the firm does not need to control every communication template; or
  • the firm wants to validate demand before creating a branded service line.

Standard delivery does not mean the partner loses visibility. The dashboard groups the firm's client filings and shows their live status.

White-label partner delivery

White-label delivery lets the partner use its own brand on the client-facing communications agreed during onboarding. Form5472 Prep remains the preparation and filing back office, while the client experience follows the partner's brand requirements.

This model is usually the better fit when:

  • the firm markets one annual-compliance package under its own name;
  • client ownership and brand continuity are central to the engagement;
  • the firm wants questions routed through its team first;
  • the filing is bundled with formation, bookkeeping, registered-agent, or advisory services; or
  • the firm expects enough volume to justify a documented operating procedure.

Before rollout, specify the required communications. A white-label request should answer: whose name appears, which email channel is used, who sends the signature instruction, who supplies support, who invoices, and how the final receipt reaches the client.

What does not change

The delivery model does not change the filing's legal substance.

  • The client remains responsible for accurate information and signs the return.
  • The package still uses the legally required LLC and owner information.
  • Form5472 Prep prepares the supported Form 5472 and pro forma Form 1120 package.
  • A qualified tax accountant reviews the package before submission.
  • The signed package is sent through the dedicated IRS filing route.
  • A timestamped fax receipt is retained as submission evidence.
  • Complex income-tax, treaty, state, withholding, and transfer-pricing questions remain outside the standard preparation scope.

Branding should never obscure who is responsible for advice, accuracy, preparation, signature, or submission.

Commercial model and pricing

The standard partner page currently uses the same per-filing pricing as direct customers and has no platform subscription. Current public prices are Standard at $149 with a 5–7-business-day turnaround and Express at $199 within 3 business days. An additional past tax year adds $99, and IRS fax delivery is included.

Verify current pricing before quoting a client. Volume pricing and consolidated invoicing are available for discussion, but a partner should not advertise a discount, margin, referral fee, or wholesale rate until the arrangement is confirmed in writing.

White-label commercial terms may depend on volume, support model, billing flow, and the branding work required. Put those facts in the partner application rather than assuming that “white label” describes one fixed package.

A simple selection test

Choose standard delivery when all three statements are true:

  1. your client can see that Form5472 Prep is the specialist preparation provider;
  2. your firm mainly needs workflow visibility and a reliable handoff; and
  3. you want to launch without a separate branding specification.

Request white-label delivery when all three statements are true:

  1. clients expect the service to remain under your firm's brand;
  2. your team can own a clearly defined communication and escalation process; and
  3. you are ready to specify the exact branded touchpoints before onboarding clients.

If the answers are mixed, begin with the standard partner flow for suitable clients and discuss a white-label transition after the process is proven.

Request your partner account. Include the preferred delivery model, expected filing volume, billing needs, and the communications that must carry your brand.
